Items purchased from BLACK CLOTH are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original tags attached.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To ship an item back to BLACK CLOTH please:
1) Indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
2) For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an email with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
3) Pack your item(s) into a bag.
4) Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY
BLACK CLOTH only carries merchandise that is authentic and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased change of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.
Customers are welcome to return any item they are unhappy with. For international customers, we will reimburse return transport costs on items with major defects, but we will handle shipping reimbursement for minor defects such as missing threads on a case-by-case basis. In general, we will reimburse return shipping charges for minor defects a maximum of five times per year, per customer.
