Which payment methods do you accept?

Black Cloth currently uses PayPal.


How can I track my order?

Your items will be posted through Australia Post. 

If you would like tracking numbers please email Black Cloth using the contact form for extra charges and I will get back to you after 4:00 PM AEST (Brisbane, Australia).

If your complete order is over the amount of $200.00 we will do this free of charge but you must still contact Black Cloth regarding the order to receive tracking.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are posted within 7 days of payment on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 14 to 30 days or less depending on where you live in Australia. We like to under promise and over deliver.

How regularly do you check your email?

Email is checked once a day at 4:00 PM AEST (Brisbane, Australia). Please email Black Cloth using the contact form for any enquiries.


Do you offer price matching?

Email us using the contact form with your explanation and a link to the item you found for less and we'll see what we can do.

Please note if the item is from an overseas store to take into account the conversion rate, charges and shipping.


Can I change my order?

Please contact Black Cloth ASAP to change or cancel your order otherwise your item/s may have already been sent. If you would like to add items to your order please place a new order ASAP.


I need this item tomorrow is this possible?

If you order before 4:00 PM, you are in an express post area and you write in the notes/email that you need this item urgently you can receive your order as early as the next day.


How do I place an order?

  1. Browse using the PRODUCTS button at the top in the header and navigate through the pages or enter a product description in the search box. To take a closer look at a product just click on the product image for more information.
  2. When you are ready to buy, choose your size and simply click on add to bag. Look out for any matching or complementary items underneath your selection.
  3. Click on continue shopping or proceed to through checkout.
  4. Make and update any changes to your order and remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one.
  5. Click on the top PRODUCTS button to continue shopping or continue through checkout to complete the payment. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the secure payment.
  6. Complete the PayPal payment form using your PayPal account or with the credit or debit card payment option underneath.
  7. Enter your delivery address and any additional delivery instructions.
  8. Click on confirm and pay.
  9. Make a note of your order number.
  10. PayPal will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one when your order has been dispatched.


How secure is your website?

PayPal and Big Cartel store your information securely using high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software available for online transactions.

Why has my card been declined?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. For full details about why the payment was declined please contact your card issuer.


Can I use more than one discount offer on an order?

Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.


Why don't you have my size?

If you would like a size we are not stocking or are obsessed with a garment that we do not currently have in your size please email us or let us know at [email protected].
